Terms of use

Rules for the provision of electronic services on setu.coach.

§1 General provisions

  1. These Terms of Use set out the rules for the provision of electronic services via the website available at https://setu.coach, the rules for using those services, and the rights and obligations of users.
  2. These Terms constitute the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

§2 Owner / Controller

  1. The owner and controller of the website (the “Controller”) is GREAT WORDS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Beskidzka 33/2, 04-287 Warszawa, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1132868641.
  2. The Controller provides its services under these Terms. Entering the website and using its content constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which are binding on the user without the need to conclude a separate agreement.
  3. A user who does not agree to comply with these Terms is asked to leave the Site.

§3 Intellectual property

  1. All intellectual property rights, including in particular copyright and trademark rights relating to all texts, illustrations, photographs, sounds and other materials placed on the Site, belong to the Controller or are used under a licence from their owner.
  2. Without the Controller’s prior consent, the user is not entitled to download or further use information and materials published on the website.

§4 Services

  1. Within this website, the Controller provides the following services:
    • displaying information about SETU’s activities (coaching and workshops),
    • enabling contact with the Controller via the contact form and the email addresses indicated on the Site.
  2. Access to the website’s services is free of charge.

§5 Technical requirements

  1. The technical requirements necessary to use the website are as follows:
    • a computer or other device with internet access;
    • a standard web browser with cookie support.
  2. The Controller reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of services in connection with modernization or rebuilding of the website, or maintenance of the ICT system on which the website runs.
  3. The Controller is not liable for interruptions in the provision of services resulting from causes beyond the Controller’s control.

§6 Complaints and liability

  1. The Controller will make every effort to ensure the proper operation of the website and will assist in resolving problems related to its functioning.
  2. All complaints related to the functioning of the website should be submitted by email to michal@setu.coach or gosia@setu.coach.
  3. Every complaint should include: first name, last name, email address or correspondence address of the user, and the grounds for the complaint.
  4. Complaints will be handled by the Controller within 30 calendar days of receipt.
  5. The Controller is not liable, in particular under Chapter 3 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, for the content of information and opinions submitted by visitors to the Site.
  6. All materials and information published on the Site are not covered by any warranty by the Controller as to their value, usefulness, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

§7 Final provisions

  1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
  2. The Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms after prior notice to website visitors.
  3. These Terms are available on the website at https://setu.coach/en/terms/.
  4. These legal terms and the use of this website by visitors are governed by Polish law.
