Information on personal data processing (GDPR) and cookies on setu.coach.

Chapter I – Personal data processing

In accordance with our legal obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”), we provide the following information about the processing of your personal data in connection with your activity on our website and the services provided through it:

  1. The controller of your personal data is GREAT WORDS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul.   2. Your personal data are processed in connection with your activity on our website and the services provided through it, in particular in connection with handling enquiries submitted via the contact form available on the site.
  3. Your personal data are processed on the following bases:
    • a) personal data submitted via the contact form (name, email address, preferred contact person, message content) are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in handling correspondence, archiving correspondence, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    • b) technical data related to protecting the form against abuse (Google reCAPTCHA v3) are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in ensuring the security of the service, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the limitation period applicable to civil-law claims, counted from the end of your relationship with the controller, or until you successfully object to processing – to the extent that processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  5. Your personal data may be processed in an automated manner; however, they are not subject to profiling and no automated decisions of significant effect for you are made.
  6. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities that provide services to the controller, in particular:
    • hosting providers for setu.coach (including LiteSpeed server infrastructure),
    • the contact form operator Static Forms (staticforms.xyz / api.staticforms.dev),
    • Google LLC – for Google reCAPTCHA v3 protecting the contact form.
  7. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area unless this is necessary for the proper and lawful provision of services. If such a need arises (for example in connection with Google reCAPTCHA or Static Forms), we will do so while ensuring an adequate level of protection and applying applicable legal safeguards.
  8. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.

Chapter II – Cookie policy

Our website uses cookies – small files stored on the device (computer, smartphone, tablet) on which the browser you use to visit our website is installed.

The controller uses cookies that are necessary for the website to function correctly. Cookies related to protecting the contact form (Google reCAPTCHA) are loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner. The site does not currently use analytics or advertising tools based on cookies. The following types of cookies are used:

On your first visit we show a cookie banner with the choice “Accept” or “Essential only”. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
